Counseling Services

New Client Initial - 45 Minutes

$75.00

The initial session provides the opportunity to tell your story, explain your goals, establish a foundation of trust and collaboration, and determine whether I am a good fit before diving deeply into therapeutic work.

Individual Therapy - 55 minutes

$115.00

We will work together to determine a proper therapeutic treatment plan to meet your needs. Psychotherapy sessions work to accomplish your goals and objectives for optimal performance and growth.

Therapy Intensive - 180 Minutes

$325.00

Therapy intensives provide an immersive therapy experience. This allows uninterrupted focus on specific issues without the usual stop-start rhythm. Intensive sessions will require advance preparation and planning.

Tele-mental health psychotherapy is available as an option for individuals located in Alabama during the time of service and may be scheduled after an initial in-person session.

I understand access to mental healthcare can be financially constraining. Wild Oaks Counseling & Wellness provides a sliding scale rate based on median incomes in our area and the federal poverty guidelines. Based on your income and number in household you may qualify for a discounted rate. If so, please provide a tax return or some proof of income and we will adjust your fee based on the pricing tiers listed.
